I think I like New York a little more each time I visit. Each trip makes it a little more clear to my why people come here. Why they stay.

I’m used to a city with height restrictions. That’s what I grew up with and I’ve not yet mastered the art of looking up in NYC without getting a bit nervous. I can barely do it in Boston’s financial district.

I didn’t spend a lot of time looking up today, but I was able to get myself around without any mishaps. It was an oddly exhilirating experience and now I’m actually contemplating a weekend trip sometime this summer.

Oh, also: my sister now has some fancy-pants letters after her name. New nicknames include: The Doctor, Doctor Awesome, and Professor Cinderella.
